I had a mixed experience at Jewel Sport City and Aqua Park. The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially Rowin and Sarah from the Guest Relations team. However, I found the dining options to be quite basic, and the location was a bit far from downtown. Overall, it had its ups and downs. 😊
